Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, operational excellence, continuous improvement, strategic planning, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, project leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or equivalent project management/continuous improvement certification.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience leading operational improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to financial analysis, capital planning, and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives; define scope, objectives, and outcomes; create charters, business cases, success metrics, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Project Execution & Governance: Develop schedules, governance, and manage execution; monitor risks; provide executive reporting and documentation.
• Stakeholder & Change Management: Build partnerships; drive adoption; lead workshops and cross-functional problem solving.
• Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Use data analytics to identify opportunities; measure benefits; apply Lean and CI methods.
