The role demands 5+ years selling CRM into Enterprise, 7+ years ROI experience, and travel 30-50%. Base pay ranges $125,450-$186,600 with equity and strong incentive plans.

Qualifications

• California, United States location required.
• 5+ years selling CRM domain (CSM, FSM, S2P, Q2C).
• 7+ years knowledge on ROI of specialty solutions area to lead solution win.
• 5+ years as AE or full cycle specialist selling into Enterprise (5K+ EE).
• Consistently meets/exceeds transferable sales quotas.
• Expertise selling into Strategic Technology Vertical.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes or using AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting and execution.
• Provide input to AE during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendation.
• Ensure recommendations align with Now Value principles for territory strategy and account planning.
• Support customers to envision the value of a digital transformation and develop strategy with the account team.
• Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement.
