Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Finance Collections professional to manage an assigned enterprise portfolio, balance standard collection activities with process improvements, and coordinate with Sales Operations, Credit Analysts, and the Write-Off team to drive cash flow.

You will leverage AI tools to optimize collection workflows, evaluate solvency, negotiate payment plans for distressed accounts, and ensure compliance with established policies in a fast-growing environment.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• At least 1 year of credit collections experience in a high-growth environment.
• Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives and/or project management.
• Strong organizational and customer relationship skills to manage high transaction volumes.
• Demonstrated initiative and curiosity, including experimenting with AI tools.

Mansioni

• Manage an assigned Enterprise portfolio, balancing standard collection efforts with process improvements.
• Evaluate account solvency and negotiate payment plans for distressed accounts as per approved matrix.
• Resolve billing disputes with Sales Operations, Sales teams, and internal stakeholders; escalate major issues as needed.
• Perform collection activities in line with Salesforce policies and contribute to process improvement projects.
