AssetWatch is seeking a highly analytical Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to support our growing Order-to-Cash operations. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, resolve complex payment issues, and drive timely collections in a fast-paced SaaS setting.

You will partner with Billing, Revenue, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Finance to remove payment barriers, document activity in NetSuite and Salesforce, and continuously improve collection processes.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong analytical mindset and ability to identify root causes of payment issues.
• Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and customers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive timely collections.
• Investigate and resolve complex payment issues including unapplied cash and disputed invoices.
• Document collection activity accurately in NetSuite and related systems.
• Collaborate with Billing, Revenue, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Finance to resolve payment issues.
• Analyze aging trends and identify root causes to improve collection efficiency.
• Escalate high-risk accounts and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support process improvements related to cash application and resolution.
