• Manage an assigned Enterprise portfolio and drive process improvements in collections.
• Evaluate solvency, provide payment instructions, and negotiate payment plans for distressed accounts.
• Resolve billing disputes with Sales Operations and Sales teams; escalate when needed.
• Follow Salesforce’s policies and contribute to process improvement projects.
