Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of credit collections experience in a high-growth environment; process-improvement experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and customer relationship skills for high transaction volumes.
• Demonstrated initiative and curiosity, including experimenting with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Enterprise portfolio, balancing standard collections with process-improvement initiatives and specialty collections.
• Evaluate solvency and willingness to pay; negotiate payment plans per policy.
• Resolve billing disputes with Sales Operations and Sales teams; escalate when needed.
• Perform collection activities according to Salesforce policies and contribute to improvement projects.
