Jackson Spalding, Inc. seeks an Influencer, Creator & Social Strategist to lead creator, social and influencer programs for diverse clients. You will advise clients, guide account teams, and shape agency capability and client leadership for select creator and brand-building scopes of work.

You will help grow the agency's creator and social capabilities, partnering with teams to deliver integrated campaigns and measurable outcomes. Proficiency across platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading integrated creator, social, digital brand strategy in an agency or consumer brand.
• Bachelor's degree in communication, advertising, marketing or PR preferred.
• Experience developing creator campaigns for nationally recognized brands.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and influencer marketing within integrated programs.
• Experience managing creator contracts, licensing, usage rights and compliance.
• Strong client counsel and relationship-building skills.
• Experience collaborating across media relations, brand strategy, social, digital and paid media.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the agency's subject matter expert on creator marketing, brand-building social strategy and cultural influence, advising clients and mentoring colleagues.
• Lead creator partnerships from strategy through execution, including identification, outreach, negotiations, contracting, reviews, approvals, reporting and relationship management.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with creators, platforms and partners to generate long-term value for clients and Jackson Spalding.
• Partner with earned media, digital, creative and paid teams to ensure creator strategies are integrated into campaigns.
• Develop creator-led campaigns, ambassador programs and strategic brand partnerships that drive conversation and business outcomes.
• Evaluate influencer platforms and tools to measure and improve program performance.
• Ensure programs align with FTC guidelines, platform policies, contracts and usage rights.
• Develop measurement frameworks showing impact of creator and social investments.
