Job summary

Influential is seeking an experienced Associate, Creator Management to join our Creator Management team. The role focuses on day-to-day creator strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients, supporting the team from sourcing and negotiation to content creation and day-to-day oversight.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in digital/advertising creator marketing, strong client-facing skills, and agency experience, with a startup-friendly mindset to build processes where needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a digital, advertising, or creator marketing environment.
• Exceptional presentation skills and experience working directly with clients.
• Experience working in an agency setting.
• Experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment, creating organization and processes.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns.
• Build and execute creator strategies for campaigns and refine success metrics.
• Support training on planning, audience reporting, and research tools; develop writing and presentation skills.
• Liaise between creator management and internal groups to meet client needs.
• Strategically identify talent and creators to maximize ROI and KPIs.
• Manage vetting process for talent to ensure brand safety and campaign criteria.
• Leverage data to position recommended creators to clients.
• Oversee casting, negotiation, contracting and content management across brand campaigns.
