Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager – Commercial Real Estate (CRE) in California.

The role focuses on expanding and managing a portfolio of CRE clients, structuring and pricing loan and deposit relationships, and coordinating credit processes with senior management. The candidate will collaborate with Wealth Management and Treasury Services teams, cross-sell bank products, and participate in community activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of account relationship management experience.
• Experience in commercial lending or CRE preferred.
• Experience with deposits and treasury management relationships.
• Formal credit training such as RMA or banking school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand, manage and optimize a portfolio of commercial real estate clients.
• Lead acquisition and documentation of loan and deposit transactions.
• Coordinate completion of credit applications and credit administration.
• Structure and price loan, deposit and TM relationships.
