Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager – CRE to join our team in California.

You will expand and manage a portfolio of commercial real estate clients, lead loan and deposit transactions, and coordinate credit documentation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields and 5+ years in CRE relationship management, with strong sales and leadership abilities and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12 accounting hours; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in account relationship management, CRE focus.
• Sales and leadership abilities; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage a CRE client portfolio.
• Lead loan/deposit transactions and credit applications.
• Structure, price, and present loans to Loan Committee.
• Cross-sell banking products and refer to other departments.
• Ensure compliance with loan policies and regulations.
• Mentor less experienced lenders.
