Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 12 accounting credits; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of account relationship management experience.
• 5+ years in commercial lending/CRE relationship management.
• Experience with deposits and TM relationships.
• Formal credit training (RMA, Omega CLB, or State Banking School) preferred.
• Experience structuring and pricing loan, deposit, and TM relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Word; strong sales and leadership abilities.
• Able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Expand, manage, and optimize a CRE client portfolio.
• Lead acquisition and documentation of loan and deposit transactions.
• Coordinate credit applications and administration.
• Structure and price loan, deposit, and TM relationships.
• Present credit requests to Loan Committee for review.
• Cross-sell company products across departments.
