Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic Commercial Relationship Manager – CRE to join our California commercial lending team. You will build, manage and optimize a CRE portfolio and lead loan and deposit opportunities end-to-end.

Collaborate with senior management to execute the business plan, structure and price transactions, and ensure compliance. A track record of 5+ years in CRE relationship management and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of CRE relationship management experience.
• Experience structuring and pricing loan, deposit and TM relationships.

Responsibilities

• Expand, manage and optimize a portfolio of commercial real estate clients.
• Lead and participate in acquisition and documentation of loan and deposit transactions.
• Coordinate the completion of credit applications and credit administration.
• Structure and price loan, deposit and TM transactions/relationships.
• Present credit requests to senior management or Loan Committee for review and approval.
• Manage all aspects of client relationships including portfolio loans and deposits.
