Job summary

JLL is seeking a Transaction Analyst to support the full lifecycle of commercial lease transactions in a high-volume setting. You will abstract lease documents, onboard projects, draft agreements, and maintain systems while coordinating with transaction managers and clients.

Ideal candidates have a real estate/business/finance background, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate leases and CRE terminology.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes with accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication with client service orientation.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to pass JLL and client-mandated background checks.

Responsibilities

• Abstract, analyze, and interpret commercial lease documents with accuracy.
• Onboard new projects by abstracting data into company systems.
• Draft commercial lease documents under manager oversight.
• Maintain data across database systems and track transaction status.
• Review packages for completeness and communicate deficiencies.
• Monitor emails, complete database closeouts, organize files.
• Submit invoices and supporting documentation to finance.
• Participate in special projects and data initiatives on deadlines.
• Build relationships with client teams, managers, and leadership.
