Responsibilities

• Abstract, analyze, and interpret lease documents with accuracy.
• Onboard new projects by abstracting data into company systems.
• Draft commercial lease documents under oversight and review.
• Maintain data across database systems and transaction status updates.
• Review packages for completeness and notify managers of deficiencies.
• Submit invoices and support documents to finance.
• Participate in special projects and data initiatives.
