Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst for an onsite role that supports program managers with financial analysis, budgets, and schedules for contract work, including Earned Value management processes.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with experience (or a Master’s with fewer years), US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Domestic travel is 10%. Northrop Grumman offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related professional experience OR a master’s degree with 3 years of related professional experience.
• Experience with financial systems including cost performance reporting and analysis.
• Excel proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
• Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.
• US citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Interface with program managers, CAMs and managers to provide financial support and budgets for contracts.
• Monitor costs and schedules; perform EVM tasks such as WBS development and estimates to complete.
• Prepare expenditure projections and requests for funding per government guidelines.
• Support audits and internal reviews; contribute to plans and dashboards.
• Mentor and train junior staff.
