Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related professional experience, or a master's with 3 years of related professional experience.
• Experience with cost performance reporting and financial analysis.
• Excel proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
• Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time.
• Current, active US Government Secret security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements with budgets and schedules.
• Perform Earned Value management tasks including WBS development and budget baselines.
• Monitor costs and schedules per negotiated parameters and government guidelines.
• Prepare expenditure projections and funding requests; support audits and reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to IPRS, dashboards, and BARs.
