Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking a Financial Analyst, Program Cost Controls to join the OSQ Finance team supporting the Land & Air Defense Systems portfolio, specifically the Counter-UAS Radars.

You will implement Earned Value Management, maintain forecasts, and act as finance partner to Program Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience meeting critical deadlines.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the financial performance and execution of programs by implementing, reporting, and maintaining financial data within SAP APEX and other company tools.
• Analyze data to identify potential issues and develop problem-solving methods.
• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
• Establish and maintain finance program logs, including MR, UB, and BCRs.
• Develop and support quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE).
• Prepare and lead program financial forecasts, monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans and forecasts.
• Act as the financial point of contact for and provide financial guidance to multiple non-finance functional teams including Program Operations Managers, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
