The Air Dominance Portfolio is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Financial Program Cost Controls Analyst to support a major multi‑year effort, including a long‑term production contract and a strategic internal investment program designed to expand production capacity. This position provides an opportunity to contribute to a high‑visibility initiative while working in close coordination with Program Managers (PMs), Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Finance Leadership, and Operations Supply Chain (OSC) to ensure disciplined financial planning, execution, and reporting across a complex, multi‑year program environment.
The position will support all phases of a multi‑year contract, including initial planning, management of significant internal investments, technology refresh initiatives, obsolescence mitigation strategies, long‑lead material planning, and baseline development through full production execution. This role provides an opportunity to shape the financial execution strategy for a new production phase while building upon an established record of program performance.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
