Job summary

Consertus is seeking a Senior Cost Control Manager to lead cost control activities across multiple capital projects. You will establish and maintain cost control processes, monitor performance, and provide executive reporting to support decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in cost controls with leadership experience, strong budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management skills, and the ability to drive consistency across project controls and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cost controls, project controls, project accounting, or construction financial management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing large-scale capital or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, estimating, earned value management, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing project portfolios with significant capital expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project cost control activities for multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, estimates, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Analyze project performance and identify cost trends, variances, and financial risks.
• Prepare and deliver monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and project performance dashboards.
