Job summary

Consertus is seeking a Project Controls Manager to collect budget, schedule, and cost data, monitor activity, and develop a reporting regime to keep projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate data across PMs, CM's, and contractors, maintain master schedules, and provide timely program controls reporting.

The role requires a BS in a related field, 5+ years of Primavera P6 experience, and strong cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of cost estimating, scheduling, finance and contract administration.
• Strong AEC project analyst and project controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages reconciliation of program controls data with financial systems.
• Monitors project data using existing data systems and records.
• Leads Planning and Development Teams to maintain data structures and tools.
• Gathers and tracks quality data for budgets, contracts, changes and costs.
• Develops and maintains a reporting database for program controls.
