Job summary

LER TechForce is seeking a Project Financial Analyst to support cost control and procurement on complex construction programs. The role focuses on budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting across design and construction phases.

You will perform QTOs, VE analyses, cash flow forecasting, change order management, and closeout financials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contracts and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Budget development across conceptual to detailed design estimates and CBS baselines.
• Quantity takeoffs (QTO) using drawings, specs, and BIM models.
• Lead value engineering during design to cut costs without compromising design.
• Monitor expenditures and EV via EVM to compute VAC and EAC.
• Develop monthly cash flow projections and draw schedules.
• Audit and negotiate subcontractor change orders against market rates.
• Assist procurement in scoping, bids, and financial risk of major vendors.
• Verify pay apps (G702/G703) and lien waivers before disbursement.
• Perform project closeout with final reconciliations and contingency audits.
