Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Project Cost Control Analyst to support the Project Manager in planning, cost control, and successful delivery of major projects. You will coordinate contractual requirements, design development, and construction progress to drive client satisfaction and financial performance.

The ideal candidate brings 15–20+ years in project controls, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, strong accounting knowledge, and expertise with Procore, MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, and/or related field.
• 15–20+ years of work experience in Project Controls and Scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project controls and support project manager.
• Prepare monthly forecasting and FAC.
• Manage cost control including budgets, commitments, and actuals.
• Analyze job costs and variances.
• Oversee project scheduling with MS Project/Primavera.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings and document minutes.
• Generate Project Status Reports and job cost reports.
• Verify S/C applications for payment and process backcharges.
• Assist with contract administration and change management.
• Support risk register and notices to owners/subcontractors.
