Job summary

SLSCO LTD. seeks a Cost Control & Project Controls Analyst to support project management and Finance with cost reporting and forecasting. You will bridge PMs with Finance, analyze variances, and deliver clear monthly project financial reports.

The role emphasizes cost control, communication, and process improvement across multiple projects. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in construction accounting or project controls, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and the ability to drive improved

Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in construction accounting, project controls, cost control, or a related field.
Strong understanding of construction project financials and job costing.
Experience with budgets, actual costs, forecasts, and profitability.
Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large amounts of financial data.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with Project Managers.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet recurring monthly reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly project cost-control and financial performance reports.
Analyze project revenue, costs, commitments, gross profit, and forecasted results.
Compare budget, actual costs, and projected costs; identify variances.
Monitor performance and identify issues before month-end.
Conduct regular cost-control meetings with Project Managers.
Assist with forecasting and EAC analysis.
