Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer to partner with HR leadership on strategy, governance, and transformation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Program Management, or related fields.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership in complex, global organizations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and investment management.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution & Transformation: define, operationalize, and execute the global HR strategy with measurable goals and governance.
• HR Portfolio Management & Operations: oversee initiatives, budgets, headcount governance, and dashboards.
• Executive Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness: advise on priorities, leadership dynamics, and accountability across HR leadership.
• Enterprise Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams for alignment.
• Communications & Executive Influence: craft executive messaging and simplify complex information for leaders and employees.
• Governance, Insights & Decision Support: establish governance and deliver workforce analytics and performance indicators.
