- Strong executive communication and influence in complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year, global workforce strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Forecast talent needs using predictive modeling and market intel.
- Develop scenario-based models to anticipate risks and ensure continuity.
- Drive upskilling, reskilling, and talent acquisition in partnership with HR and finance.
- Own EO job architecture and global standards for skills taxonomy.
