Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, business administration, strategic workforce planning, HR strategy, or related discipline.
- Experience using workforce data, analytics, and scenario modeling to support decisions.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop workforce strategies.
- Experience applying AI-enabled solutions, automation or emerging tech to planning initiatives.
