Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field.
• Typically 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• HR Business Partner experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR practices and program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Showcases leadership in spearheading initiatives that foster collaborative trust and elevate engagement.
• Understands HPE’s philosophy, values, and strategy to develop a high-performance workforce and coaching culture.
• Collaborates with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Services to align programs with objectives.
• Provides input to client groups for business plan priorities and strategic planning.
• Applies emotional intelligence in executive coaching to senior leaders and talent management strategies.
• Supports complex organizational effectiveness projects and change initiatives.
