Job summary

HP is seeking a high-impact VP People, Enterprise Operations to lead the people strategy for a global org of about 11,000 employees. You will shape organization design, workforce planning, and location strategy while guiding leadership, culture, and inclusion initiatives across the enterprise.

You will also partner with HR CoEs, coach HR business partners, and ensure executive level advisory support to the Chief Enterprise Operations Officer. Travel requirement is ~15–20%.

Qualifications

• Strong executive coach and trusted advisor to the COO and staff.
• Global leadership experience with distributed resources.
• Experience in Operations or Supply Chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Strategy and People Priorities for HP's Enterprise Operations, a global team of ~11,000 employees.
• Drive initiatives in Organization & Culture; Talent & Leadership; and Inclusion.
• Oversee HR fundamentals including organization design, workforce planning, location strategy, learning, and employee relations; partner with HR CoEs and country HR.
• Coach and develop HR business partners supporting multiple L2 Enterprise Operations leaders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development or similar discipline
