Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a seasoned HR leader to head People Strategy for Enterprise Operations. You will guide organizational design, workforce planning, and executive coaching for a global team and partner with CoEs to deliver HR solutions.

Strong collaboration, confidentiality, and strategic influence are essential. Role requires ~15–20% travel, 15+ years in HR across functions, and a BA/BS in HR, Business, or Organizational Development.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience across different HR functions, including HR Business Partnering/Executive roles.
• Proven experience managing people and leading organizational change initiatives.
• Experience delivering HR solutions in partnership with leaders and CoEs.
• Track record of executing programs with cost, quality, and timeliness focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Strategy and priorities for HP’s Enterprise Operations globally (~11,000 employees).
• Drive initiatives in Organization & Culture, Talent & Leadership, and Inclusion.
• Partner with HR CoEs and Country HR to implement HR programs.
• Coach HR business partners and influence senior leadership; manage confidential info.
