Capital One is seeking a Chief of Staff for Acquisitions Project Management within BC&P, remote-eligible. You will partner with the Leadership Team to drive strategic priorities, build execution systems, and support the Head of Acquisitions with cross-functional coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management.
• At least 4 years of experience building and influencing strategy.

Aufgaben

• Strategy support: drive the forward leaning direction for the team and create a cross functional view of the destination.
• Executive support and team culture: enhance our intentional, team-oriented culture and lead initiatives for associate engagement.
• Communications: align updates around strategy and progress with the communications team and CoS office.
• Event Architect: orchestrate LT meetings, Offsite planning, All Hands Events, and LT events.
• Operational Excellence: lead horizontal priorities and track metrics, budgets, risks and outcomes.
