Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Chief of Staff for Acquisitions Project Management within Business Cards & Payments, remote-eligible. You will support the Leadership Team, drive strategic priorities, and build operational systems that enable leaders to execute with rigor.

You’ll own strategy, executive support and team culture, plus communications, events and operational excellence across the leadership team, partnering with Finance, HR, Product, Risk, Communications and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 4+ years in Project/Process Management.
• 4+ years shaping and influencing strategy.
