Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience required.
• At least 4 years in Project Management or Process Management.
• At least 4 years building and influencing strategy.

Responsabilités

• Strategy support: drive forward-looking direction with the Leadership Team and prepare strategic presentations.
• Executive support and culture: enhance organizational culture and manage a system for effectiveness; lead engagement initiatives.
• Communications: align updates across the org with the Communications team and CoS office.
• Event Architect: coordinate LT meetings, offsite planning, All Hands events, and LT events.
• Operational Excellence: lead cross-functional priorities; track metrics, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
