Job summary

Capital One's Business Cards & Payments team seeks a Chief of Staff / Acquisitions Project Manager to support the Leadership Team, execute priorities, and drive operational rigor. This remote-eligible role partners with the Head of Acquisitions and LT to implement strategy and culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management.
• At least 4 years of experience building and influencing strategy.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in a sales or client management role.
• 3+ years of experience serving in a Chief of Staff or Project Management role in a large, complex and matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategy support: drive cross-functional strategy and present to stakeholders.
• Executive support and team culture: enhance culture and management system; engagement initiatives.
• Communications: align updates with strategy and progress with the communications team.
• Event Architect: orchestrate LT meetings, offsite planning, All Hands events, and LT events.
• Operational Excellence: lead horizontal priorities; track metrics, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
