Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Chief of Staff for Acquisitions Project Management within Business Cards & Payments (Remote-Eligible). The role supports the Head of Acquisitions and the Leadership Team, driving strategic priorities and building organizational processes.

You will partner with LT to translate strategy into actions and manage executive support and culture initiatives. The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance, HR, Product, Risk, Communications, Operations, and Marketing, requiring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management.
At least 4 years of experience building and influencing strategy.

Responsibilities

Strategy support: drive forward-looking direction with LT and create cross-functional strategy views.
Executive support and team culture: enhance culture and manage organizational effectiveness; lead associate engagement initiatives.
Communications: align updates on strategy and progress with the org and Communications team.
Event Architect: orchestrate LT meetings, Offsite planning, All Hands events, and LT events.
Operational Excellence: lead or support large horizontal priorities and ensure metrics for priorities, outcomes, risks, budgets.
