Capital One's Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) division seeks a Chief of Staff/Acquisitions Project Manager (remote-eligible) to drive strategic priorities and lead operating systems for the Leadership Team. This role supports the Head of Acquisitions and LT, enabling leaders to execute priorities with rigor and alignment.

You will develop strategy, support executive initiatives and team culture, and manage cross-functional programs, reporting into the Field Chief of Staff Office while

Qualificações

Bachelor’s Degree is required.
At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management.
At least 4 years of experience building and influencing strategy.

Responsabilidades

Strategy support: drive LT alignment and create cross-functional strategy views.
Executive support and team culture: enhance organizational culture and management systems.
Communications: align updates across the organization with stakeholders and the CoS office.
Event Architect: orchestrate LT meetings, offsite planning, All Hands events, and LT events.
Operational Excellence: lead or support large cross-functional priorities with metrics, budgets, and risks.
