Job summary

Capital One's Business Cards & Payments group is seeking a Chief of Staff for Acquisitions Project Management (Remote-Eligible). The role partners with the Leadership Team to drive strategy, executive support, and cross-functional execution while sustaining an effective management system.

You will guide strategic priorities, enhance team culture, and ensure transparent communication across Finance, HR, Product, Risk, Communications, Operations, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience required.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management.
• At least 4 years of experience building and influencing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategy support: drive forward-looking direction with LT and create cross-functional view of destinations.
• Executive support and team culture: enhance culture and management systems; lead associate engagement initiatives.
• Communications: align updates on strategy and progress with the communications team.
• Event Architect: orchestrate LT meetings, offsite planning, All Hands events and LT events.
• Operational Excellence: lead horizontal priorities and projects; track metrics, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
