Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Chief of Staff for Acquisitions Project Management within the BC&P group. This remote-eligible role partners with the Leadership Team to drive strategy, executive support, and operational excellence across cross-functional teams.

You will enable leaders to execute priorities, foster a culture of trust, and manage key programs while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with Finance, HR, Product, Risk, and Communications.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and influence executives to drive strategic outcomes.
• Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills across Finance, HR, Product, Risk, Communications, Operations, and Marketing.
• Experience shaping strategy and leading cross‑functional initiatives within a large, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategy support: drive forward-looking direction with the leadership team and create cross-functional views of the destination.
• Executive support and team culture: enhance intentional culture and implement a management system for organizational effectiveness; lead engagement initiatives.
• Communications: align updates around strategy and progress with the communications team and CoS office.
• Event Architect: coordinate LT meetings, offsite planning, All Hands, and LT events for smooth execution.
• Operational Excellence: lead or support large horizontal priorities, tracking metrics, risks, budgets, and outcomes.
