Job summary

Kampack, GA in McDonough seeks an Account Executive to develop and manage sales initiatives, drive revenue, and optimize product mix within assigned territories and accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years outside sales experience, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to grow customer partnerships in the corrugated packaging industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent time management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage sensitive or complex accounts with discretion and professionalism.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned accounts or territories.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Secure and maintain the distribution of company products and services.
• Collaborate with internal design teams to improve current packaging solutions and develop custom solutions to meet client needs.
• Create and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through lead generation and qualification efforts.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and on-site visits to foster relationships and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Company Managment to assess opportunities for improvement in strategy, procedures, and customer engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
