JPMorganChase is seeking a Workplace Solutions Partner Lead to drive corporate Workplace Solutions opportunities within the Private Bank. Based in New York, you will leverage relationships with business owners, corporate executives, family offices, and boards to surface employer needs and orchestrate warm introductions to corporate buyers.

You will build coverage plans with PB leadership, engage with advisors and executives to map client affiliations and deliver employer-focused value

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B partner-led business development within wealth adjacencies or corporate benefits.
• Strong grasp of employer benefits buying centers (HR/Total Rewards/Finance).
• Proven success influencing without authority in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Build coverage plans with PB regional leaders focusing on client ecosystems including operating companies and boards.
• Engage Private Client Advisors, Wealth Partners, Family Office and executives to map client affiliations and identify employer decision makers.
• Deliver employer value propositions, pre-meeting briefs and outreach scripts for corporate retirement and enterprise programs.
• Identify corporate triggers (M&A, liquidity events, founder succession, plan renewals).
• Orchestrate introductions to CHRO, Head of Total Rewards, CFO, and Benefits Committee; hand off to Workplace Solutions sales.
