Job summary

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is seeking an Executive Director to design and implement innovative B2B2C client acquisition and asset gathering strategies within the Workplace Strategies team in New York.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, reengineering processes and technology to deliver employer benefits solutions. The role demands wealth management expertise, strong product sense, and exceptional leadership.

Qualifications

12+ years in wealth management/investments and broker-dealer regulatory landscape.
Proven product management skills: roadmaps, requirements, processes, and agile delivery.
Strong knowledge of advisor & banker workflows, CRM platforms, BI/analytics tools.
Ability to influence C-suite and translate concepts into business value.
Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Bachelor degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for client acquisition and deepening capabilities.
Lead business analysis, user journey design, and requirements across products, stakeholders, and LOBs.
Collaborate, influence, and negotiate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact user experiences.
Establish and lead executive leadership forums for prioritization, decision-making, alignment, and risk assessment.
Analyze data, market trends, user behavior and emerging technologies to generate improvement ideas.
Drive change management, including regulatory assessments and governance activities.
Drive go-to-market activities, including testing, pilots, national rollouts, training, and reporting.
Build and lead high-performing teams across other teams and LOBs.
