Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. Workplace Solutions seeks a Senior Business Development Executive to expand in private markets across the United States.

You will develop and close deals with large pre-IPO companies for the Workplace solution, leveraging extensive banking relationships to gain senior-level access. You will partner with internal teams—banking, product, and marketing—to align on strategic opportunities, negotiate terms, and drive successful closings while maintaining top-tier client engagement

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales experience in equity compensation or related field.
• Strong network with VC/PE firms.
• Proven track record closing business with pre-IPO companies.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners including banking, legal and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Represent JPMorgan Chase by conducting business in a first-class manner to all prospects and customers.
• Develop and close a pipeline of large pre-IPO companies on the Workplace solution.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers within target companies (finance, HR, executives, stock plan admins).
• Collaborate with internal banking partners to identify prospects early in the IPO pipeline.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate with legal and compliance to close deals.
• Work with product and marketing on events and account-based plans for target prospects.
• Analyze sales data to evaluate strategies and identify improvements.
