JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to lead Strategic Partnerships for the Private Bank within Corporate Development. The role focuses on identifying inorganic growth through partnerships, investments, and acquisitions, including family office and lifestyle services initiatives for HNW clients.

You will collaborate with Wealth Management executives, assess external opportunities, and drive end-to-end deal processes with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in strategic partnership and/or strategy roles; candidate must have at least 5 years
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Lead end-to-end process to execute strategic partnerships and deals, including negotiation and business casing
• Independent contributor capability
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented with strong project management
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience presenting to senior management
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of strategic inorganic opportunities for our Private Bank organization
• Collaboratively develop our book of work and pipeline of opportunities with key Private Bank stakeholders
• Lead elements of the inorganic strategy, including analysis of the competitive landscape and due diligence
• Lead presentations and proposals to senior executives across Wealth Management and the Private Bank
• Lead relationships with external companies and stakeholders as the lead point of contact for JPMorgan
• Develop and deliver partner proposals with lines of business, including vision, partnership economics, and product integration
• Work with finance, legal and other partners to develop business cases and deal terms
• Monitor external environment for competitive developments and partnership opportunities
• Ensure all deals comply with firmwide policies and controls
