You will embed with PB coverage, surface employer needs, and orchestrate warm introductions to senior HR, Total Rewards, CFO, and Benefits Committee. Travel 25-40% to priority offices and meetings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B partner-led business development within wealth adjacencies or corporate benefits.
• Strong grasp of employer benefits buying centers (HR/Total Rewards/Finance).
• Proven success influencing without authority in a matrixed environment.
• Executive presence and ability to translate complex offerings into clear employer value.

Responsibilities

• Develop coverage plans with PB leaders focused on client ecosystems.
• Engage PB clients and executives to map corporate affiliations and decision makers.
• Deliver enablement for banker dialogues including employer value props and briefs.
• Identify corporate triggers such as liquidity events, M&A, and equity program transitions.
• Orchestrate warm introductions to CHRO, CFO, and Benefits Committee; ensure qualified handoffs.
• Maintain attribution, track referrals, and refine plays based on outcomes.
