• Strong grasp of employer benefits buying centers (HR/Total Rewards/Finance) and mid-market to large-cap needs.
• Proven success influencing without authority in a matrixed environment and building referral engines.
• Executive presence and ability to translate complex offerings into clear employer value.

Responsibilities

• Drive origination of qualified corporate Workplace Solutions opportunities from PB relationships.
• Embed with Private Bank coverage to surface employer needs and facilitate warm introductions to corporate buyers.
• Map client ecosystems with operating companies, boards, and PE/VC-backed entities to identify decision makers.
• Deliver enablement materials: employer value props, briefs, and outreach scripts for corporate retirement and equity programs.
