Flynn Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, guiding recruitment across corporate functions in Independence, OH, Dallas, TX, and San Francisco, CA.

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines, advise managers on market trends, and deliver a seamless candidate experience while contributing to employer branding and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, or similar corporate departments.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Experience with ATS and managing requisitions end-to-end.
• Confident partnering with hiring managers as a trusted recruiting advisor.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to run multiple searches.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through onboarding.
• Create and manage requisitions in ATS, ensuring data accuracy.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
• Recruit across multiple corporate functions including Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, Real Estate, and Project Management.
• Guide hiring managers through interviews, market trends, and competitive strategies.
• Deliver a superior candidate experience with timely communication.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and ATS data to support decisions.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events.
