Job summary

FDH Aero is seeking a Recruiting Partner to support full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of functions in the U.S. and EMEA.

The role collaborates with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract qualified candidates for corporate, technical, commercial, and operational roles. The position emphasizes partnering with managers to extend offers, negotiate packages, and ensure a positive interview experience, while upholding compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years of Recruiting/Human Resources/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience mentoring junior to mid-level team staff.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience organizing/coordinating multiple projects.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems including ADP Workforce Now.
• Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
• Must successfully pass skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs across functions in the U.S. and EMEA.
• Develop sourcing strategies and attract qualified candidates for corporate, technical, commercial, and operational roles.
• Serve as a trusted partner throughout the hiring process with market insights and guidance.
• Collaborate with HR to create effective job descriptions aligned with standards.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings; review with managers for next steps.
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates and managers.
• Perform reference and background checks as needed.
• Provide regular recruitment progress updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with extending offers and negotiating salaries and benefits.
• Ensure a positive candidate interview experience.
