Job summary

FDH Aero is seeking a Recruiting Partner to support full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. and EMEA, partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership to forecast needs and attract top talent across corporate, technical, commercial, and operations functions.

You will manage sourcing strategies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and guide offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring progress. This role requires a U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Recruiting/Human Resources/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience mentoring junior to mid-level team staff.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Identify the specific skills and qualities needed for each job with HR and hiring managers.
• Develop detailed job descriptions that align with the organization's standards and requirements (HR Ops).
• Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to ensure candidates meet qualifications.
• Consult with hiring managers to review resumes and recommend candidates to move forward based on skills and fit.
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews in partnership with the hiring manager.
• Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status to HR teams.
