You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR partners, shaping workforce strategy while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of corporate progressive senior-level talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, construction, engineering, or field-based roles.
• Experience building talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Experience mentoring or leading recruiters.
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws including EEO, ADA, and OFCCP, and general HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies with business leaders.
• Provide market insights and support workforce decisions.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and offer negotiations.
• Partner with HRBP and Compensation to ensure internal and market equity.
• Maintain recruiting data and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing and candidate engagement.
