Job summary

FDH Aero is seeking a Recruiting Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. and EMEA. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract qualified candidates across corporate, technical, commercial, and operational roles.

You will provide recruiting expertise, market insights, and guidance to support evolving workforce needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Labor Relations.
• 3+ years of Recruiting/Human Resources/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience mentoring junior to mid-level team staff.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems including ADP Workforce Now.
• Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
• Must pass skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify skills and qualities for each job.
• Develop detailed job descriptions aligned with standards.
• Utilize sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates across channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Consult with managers to recommend candidates based on skills and fit.
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates and managers.
• Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
• Provide updates to hiring managers on progress and status.
• Extend offers and negotiate salaries/benefits.
