Regal, part of Regal Global Entertainment, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across finance, legal, HR, and IT functions. You will partner with hiring leaders, manage searches, and shape how Regal attracts and hires talent.

You will join a global Talent Acquisition team evolving from transactional recruiting to a strategic partner, with opportunities to impact hiring practices and processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive corporate recruiting experience across multiple functions (Finance, Legal, HR, IT/D&T).
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and leaders to influence decisions using data and market insights.
• Strong sourcing skills across channels beyond traditional platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10-20 open requisitions simultaneously across corporate functions.
• Own recruiting efforts across finance, legal, HR, and D&T.
• Partner with hiring managers to influence decisions with data and market insights.
• Deliver best-in-class recruiting experiences to candidates and hiring teams.
• Contribute to expanding Talent Acquisition into a more strategic function.
• Collaborate with and mentor fellow recruiters to share sourcing strategies and best practices.
• Lead Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements to enhance outcomes.
